Before launching Oxus Global Partners, Mr. Ebadi served as Director of Acquisitions for DSP Real Estate Capital, where he led the 48 million dollar acquisition of Ashley Park Apartments and helped expand the firm’s portfolio to more than 1,550 units and more than 300 million dollars in assets. Prior to DSP, he underwrote and originated over 250 million dollars in multifamily financings at Greystone, gaining deep experience in underwriting, capital markets, and institutional deal structuring. In parallel, Mr. Ebadi has spent nearly a decade as Managing Partner of Sunshine CGS, Inc., a cGMP certified biotechnology and laboratory operations firm supporting FDA regulated environments. He led the contract award and full mobilization of Maryland’s 286 million dollar biosafety testing facility, directing compliance systems, workforce development, vendor oversight, and supply chain operations across multiple high security laboratory divisions. At Oxus Global Partners, Mr. Ebadi integrates his experience across real estate, capital markets, and regulated operations to advise landowners, developers, and institutional groups on rezoning, entitlements, data center readiness, valuation, and transaction strategy. He also plays a key role in advancing the firm’s growth initiatives by providing risk focused analysis across both real estate advisory and federal contracting pursuits. In addition, he supports the firm’s government contracting division alongside Co Founder Mohammed Amin Musazai, a veteran in federal infrastructure, security, and defense operations. Mr. Ebadi is recognized for his analytical discipline, relationship driven leadership, and ability to bridge operational execution with institutional financial strategy. His approach centers on governance, credibility, and long term value creation for landowners, investors, and public sector partners. He is also engaged with international investor and family office networks through organizations such as Sahar Global Summits, expanding Oxus Global Partners’ reach among global capital partners. Mr. Ebadi is a Virginia Licensed Real Estate Agent and a Certified cGMP Professional. He has completed advanced coursework with the CCIM Institute and the Mortgage Bankers Association and holds academic credentials in Business Administration and Real Estate Finance from Marymount University and Northern Virginia Community College.
